Exhaust adjustment

Since my car isnt running for a while my brother has offered to get the exhaust properly fitted.
ive raised it some time ago with metal wire :bash: and ive found out its fitted now under severe pressure...no movements at all possible.

So the question is, how to adjust it in a right save way according the pics below.

how is it possible the get it raised? are there other rubbers available which raise the exhaust?

maybe some adjustment on these..

perhaps you should buy new holder with new elastic rubber.

Or you build new holder, which you can adjust. I had the same problem. This is my solution.
